Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- chopped pecans - 2 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- evaporated milk - 6 Tbsp
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- self-rising flour
- marshmallows - 4 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 lb
- sticks butter, melted - 2 item
- Bake at 300° for 30 to 40 minutes
How to make heavenly hash cake:
Mix eggs, butter, sugar, cocoa, flour, vanilla and pecans and pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 300° for 30 to 40 minutes. Cut marshmallows in half and put on top of hot cake while cake is still in pan.Icing:1/4 c. cocoa1/4 c. butter1 lb. box powdered sugar6 Tbsp. evaporated milk To make icing, mix cocoa, butter, powdered sugar and evaporated milk in saucepan over low heat and pour while hot over hot cake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Low sodium.
