Peach cobbler
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- milk - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- self-rising flour - 1 c
- diced Georgia peaches, sweetened to taste - 4 c
How to make peach cobbler:
Melt butter in an 8 x 12-inch dish. Mix milk, flour and sugar. Add to melted butter. Add peaches, but do not stir. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes or until brown. Serve warm with Cool Whip or cream. Makes 8 servings.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cobblers and crisps, Peaches.
