  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans
  • milk - 6 Tbsp
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • cocoa - 1/3 c
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • plain flour
  • sticks butter - 2 item
  • jar marshmallow cream - 1 oz
  • Add eggs and blend well

How to make mississippi mud cake:

Cream sugar and butter together. Add eggs and blend well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased and floured pan (13 x 9 x 2-inch). Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. When cake is done, immediately cover the top of cake with 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow cream. Do not remove cake from pan. Pour icing over marshmallows after cake cools.Icing:1 box confectioners sugar1/3 c. cocoa6 Tbsp. milk1 stick margarine1/2 tsp. vanilla Cook margarine, cocoa and milk together until margarine melts. Add vanilla, then sugar. Blend well and pour over marshmallow cream.
