Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- flour
- stick margarine - 1 item
- coconut - 1 c
- cocoa - 1/3 c
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- dash of salt - 1 item
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- canned milk - 1/2 c
- jar Marshmallow Creme - 1 oz
How to make mississippi mud:
Melt 2 sticks of margarine. Cool and add 2 cups sugar, 1/3 cup cocoa, flour, coconut, pecans, eggs and salt. Spread into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately spread with jar of Marshmallow Creme. Wait 5 minutes and ice cake with remaining ingredients: 1 stick butter, powdered sugar, cocoa, canned milk and vanilla.Recipe categories: Desserts, Chocolate, < 60 mins.
