Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/8 tsp
- packed brown sugar - 1 c
- cornstarch
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- grated orange rind - 1 tsp
- can pineapple chunks - 1 oz
- can peaches - 1 oz
- can pears - 1 oz
- can apricots - 1 oz
How to make hot fruit casserole:
Drain fruit, reserving 1 cup juice. Arrange fruit in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Combine reserved juice with brown sugar, cornstarch, orange rind, cinnamon and margarine in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Pour over fruit. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pineapple, Main dish.
