Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cornstarch - 4 Tbsp
- coconut - 1/2 c
- powdered sugar - 1/4 c
- Cool Whip - 1 (8
- margarine - 1/4 c
- sliced strawberries - 2 c
- cream cheese, softened - 6 oz
- beaten egg yolks - 2 item
- baked pie shell - 1 item
- and 2 Tbsp - 1/4 c
How to make lemon-strawberry pie:
Combine sugar and cornstarch. Gradually stir in oleo and egg yolks. Cook until mixture comes to a boil. Cook 1 minute. Add lemon juice. Pour into pie shell. Cool. Arrange strawberries on top of filling. Combine Cool Whip, powdered sugar and coconut. Spread over strawberries. Add coconut on top and additional strawberries.
