  • pkg - 1 oz
  • sugar - 1/3 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • vanilla wafers - 12 item
  • fruit pie filling - 1 item

How to make miniature cheesecakes:

Will need paper liners for muffin tins.

Mix sugar with cream cheese. Add slightly beaten egg and mix until smooth. Line muffin cups with paper liners. Place one vanilla wafer in bottom of each. Fill cup 2/3 full with cheese mixture. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes. Add pie filling to top each while warm. Chill in refrigerator and serve.
