  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • sour cream
  • flour - 1 c
  • stick butter, melted - 1 item
  • softened cream cheese

How to make cheesecake squares:

Filling:16 oz. softened cream cheese1 c. sugar1 tsp. vanilla3 eggs Glaze:2 c. sour cream6 Tbsp. sugar1 tsp. vanilla In a small bowl, mix the crust ingredients. Press into a 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish. Bake 10 to 15 minutes in a preheated 350° oven.

In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs and beat well. Pour over slightly cooled crust and bake 20 minutes in a 350° oven.

In a small bowl, mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla; pour over cooled, baked filling. Bake 3 to 5 minutes in a 350° oven. Cool. Cut into squares and refrigerate. Makes 4 dozen.
