Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs
- sugar - 1/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- large eggs - 2 item
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- cream cheese three 8 oz
- Press in bottom of spring-form pan
How to make cheese cake:
Middle:1 1/2 lb. cream cheese (three 8 oz. pkg.)3/4 c. sugar2 large eggs1 tsp. vanilla1 tsp. lemon juice pinch of salt Bottom: Melt butter and combine with crumbs and sugar. Press in bottom of spring-form pan. Set aside. (Don't grease pan.)Middle: Cream the cream cheese. Add all other ingredients and beat until fluffy. Pour in pan and bake at 325° for 35 to 45 minutes. Take out and put following topping on and put back for 10 more minutes.Topping:1 pt. sour cream1/2 c. sugar1 tsp. vanilla pinch of salt Stir until dissolved.
