Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c

- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- powdered sugar - 1/4 c
- margarine - 3/4 c
- large Cool Whip - 1 item
- Topping:2 cans pie filling or 2 small boxes instant pudding mix*
How to make cheese cake:
Filling:2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1/2 c. powdered sugar1 large Cool Whip Topping:2 cans pie filling or 2 small boxes instant pudding mix* *If pudding is used, mix with 3 cups milk.Crust: Bring margarine to room temperature. Sift dry ingredients over margarine. Work together. Add nuts. Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350°. Cool completely before adding filling.
Filling: Bring cream cheese to room temperature. Cream in powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip. If mixture is stiff, a small amount of milk may be added. Spoon onto a cooled crust and spread evenly.
