Ingredients/Components

  • margarine - 2 Tbsp
  • dark corn syrup - 1/2 c
  • cinnamon or nutmeg - 1 item
  • large baking apples, cored and halved - 2 item

How to make microwave baked apples:

Put each apple half in custard cups. Dot each with butter. Spoon corn syrup into each half. Sprinkle with spice. Cover with plastic wrap and cook on High for 2 minutes. Baste and turn apples. Cook 2 more minutes on High. Let stand 2 minutes.
