Mexicorn casserole
Ingredients/Components
- Velveeta cheese
- hamburger meat - 1 lb
- salt to taste - 1 item
- chili powder to taste - 1 item
- can Ranch Style beans - 1 item
- can Mexicorn - 1 item
- green chili to taste - 1 item
How to make mexicorn casserole:
Brown hamburger meat, drain.Combine cooked hamburger meat, Mexicorn and Ranch Style beans in a 2 qt. microwaveable container. Add chili powder, green chili and salt to taste. Add Velveeta cheese.
Cook 10 minutes on 60% power or until cheese has melted. I use 8 oz. of cheese, but for lower fat, use less cheese.
