Mexican spaghetti
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- chopped onions - 1 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- tomato sauce - 2 c
- ground pork sausage - 1 lb
- ground cayenne pepper - 2 Tbsp
- pepper black - 1 tsp
How to make mexican spaghetti:
Brown meats, onions and green pepper in a heavy skillet. Drain off excess fat. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese. Simmer for 10 minutes. Pour into a 2-quart buttered casserole or baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes at 400°. Top with grated cheese. Return to oven. Bake for 10 minutes.
