Ingredients/Components
- leg quarters of chicken - 6 item
- head broccoli - 1 item
- Irish potatoes - 2 lb
- small block Velveeta cheese - 1 item
- medium size onion - 1 item
- seasoning to taste - 1 item
How to make chicken and broccoli casserole:
Boil chicken and onions until meat is done. Debone chicken. Cook broccoli until done. Cube and boil potatoes until done. Add all ingredients together in baking pan and top with Velveeta cheese. Bake until cheese is melted (350°).Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Casseroles.
