- ground beef - 1 lb
- fajita spices or liquid fajita sauce - 3 Tbsp
- chopped sweet onion - 1/2 item
- chopped bell peppers - 2 item
- Accent - 1 tsp
- 3 can tomato paste
- 3 can salsa
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 lb
- grated Monterey Jack - 1 lb
How to make mexican pizza:
Let meat soak overnight in fajita spices in a covered dish in refrigerator. Brown the onion and peppers in a large skillet. Then brown meat after adding Accent. Add the tomato paste and salsa. Let simmer for several hours (to get tomato paste flavor cooked out); stir occasionally. Place dough on greased pan and ladle on sauce. Then add cheese toppings.
