  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • fajita spices or liquid fajita sauce - 3 Tbsp
  • chopped sweet onion - 1/2 item
  • chopped bell peppers - 2 item
  • Accent - 1 tsp
  • 3 can tomato paste
  • 3 can salsa
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 lb
  • grated Monterey Jack - 1 lb

How to make mexican pizza:

Let meat soak overnight in fajita spices in a covered dish in refrigerator. Brown the onion and peppers in a large skillet. Then brown meat after adding Accent. Add the tomato paste and salsa. Let simmer for several hours (to get tomato paste flavor cooked out); stir occasionally. Place dough on greased pan and ladle on sauce. Then add cheese toppings. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 425°.
