Ingredients/Components
- mayonnaise to moisten - 1 item
- French dressing - 2 Tbsp
- boiled potatoes, cubed - 2 c
- flaked tuna, salmon, crabmeat, shrimp or lobster - 2 c
- chopped, crisp pickles or pickle relish - 3 Tbsp
- lettuce leaves, tomato wedges, hard-boiled eggs quartered and olives optional - 1 item
How to make seafood salad:
Marinate potatoes by tossing with French dressing. Chill potatoes and seafood thoroughly. Mix together lightly with pickles and mayonnaise. Arrange lettuce on serving plates. Heap salad in mounds on lettuce. Surround with tomato wedges and eggs. Top each mound with olives.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Salads, Main dish.
