Ingredients/Components
- beaten eggs - 3 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- Monterey Jack cheese - 2 c
- green taco sauce - 1/2 c
How to make mexican fudge:
Mix cheeses. Pour 1/2 of cheese mixture in a 9 x 9-inch pan. Mix eggs with taco sauce. Pour over cheese. Cover with the other 1/2 of cheese mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Eat with tostado chips.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Appetizers.
