  • Jimmy Dean pork sausage - 1 lb
  • hamburg - 1 lb
  • Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
  • can crushed tomatoes - 28 oz
  • can jalapeno peppers
  • onion to taste - 1 item

How to make mexican dip:

Saute onion and peppers. In a separate frying pan, fry hamburger and pork sausage. Add sauteed onion and peppers to hamburger and pork sausage mixture. Add crushed tomatoes to the mixture and simmer for 15 minutes. Layer the hamburger and pork sausage mixture with the Velveeta cheese in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake for 45 minutes in a 325° oven.
