  • tortilla chips - 1 item
  • Toppings:1 finely chopped green pepper
  • finely chopped medium onion - 1 item
  • finely chopped tomato - 1 item
  • lemon juice to prevent turning brown - 1 chopped
  • grated sharp Cheddar cheese - 8 oz

How to make mexican dip:

Toppings:1 finely chopped green pepper1 finely chopped medium onion1 finely chopped tomato1 finely chopped avocado, mixed with 1 Tbsp. lemon juice to prevent turning brown8 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese Mix together the cream cheese with Pace picante sauce until smooth consistency. Spread on a deep plate and chill. Before serving, add the toppings. Refrigerate until serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
