  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • seasoned salt
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Corn Chex cereal
  • Wheat Chex cereal
  • Rice Chex cereal
  • salted mixed nuts - 1 c

How to make traditional chex party mix:

Preheat oven to 250°. Heat margarine in a large shallow roasting pan in oven until melted. Remove. Stir in seasoned salt and Worcestershire sauce. Add Chex and nuts. Mix until all pieces are coated. Heat in oven 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes. Spread on absorbent paper to cool.
