Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 c
- butter - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- corn syrup - 1/2 c
- popcorn - 7 qt
How to make caramel corn:
Boil butter, corn syrup and brown sugar together for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add baking soda and vanilla. Pour over warm popcorn. Bake in a 250° oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Yummy, yummy!Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, American.
