How to make mexican dip:
Spread softened cream cheese (microwave 30 to 40 seconds) on bottom of 13 x 9-inch casserole dish. Scramble cook hamburg in frypan; drain fat. Add salsa to hamburg and mix. Spread mixture on cream cheese. Spread Cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack on top. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Dips.
