Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pecans - 3 c
- cloves - 1/4 tsp
- allspice - 1/4 tsp
- egg white - 1 item
How to make sugared pecans:
Beat the egg white. Mix together the remaining ingredients except pecans and blend into the egg white. Mix pecans into the spice and egg white mixture. Put in pan, spreading them out. Bake in oven for 35 minutes at 325° and stir every 10 minutes.You may let cool in the pan or pour on wax paper.
