Ingredients/Components

  • water - 1 c
  • hamburger - 1/2 lb
  • Italian sausage - 1/2 lb
  • onion - 1 item
  • green pepper - 1 item
  • tomato - 1 item
  • Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • taco seasoning - 1 pkg
  • can refried beans - 1 item
  • Monterey Jack cheese - 2 c
  • small can chopped green chilies - 1 item
  • can Mexican corn - 1 item

How to make mexican dip:

Brown meat and drain. Add taco seasoning mix, water and simmer for 5 minutes. Drain juice and mix with beans. Layer beans, meat, cheeses, pepper, onion and chilies. Cut tomato on top. Bake 1/2 hour at 350°.
