Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 c
- hamburger - 1/2 lb
- Italian sausage - 1/2 lb
- onion - 1 item
- green pepper - 1 item
- tomato - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- taco seasoning - 1 pkg
- can refried beans - 1 item
- Monterey Jack cheese - 2 c
- small can chopped green chilies - 1 item
- can Mexican corn - 1 item
How to make mexican dip:
Brown meat and drain. Add taco seasoning mix, water and simmer for 5 minutes. Drain juice and mix with beans. Layer beans, meat, cheeses, pepper, onion and chilies. Cut tomato on top. Bake 1/2 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Dips.
