Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 2 item
• milk - 1 c
• cooking oil - 1/2 c
• ground beef - 1 lb
• cheese, grated - 1 lb
• can creamed corn - 1 item
• corn meal - 3 c
• salt and hot pepper to taste - 1 item
• or 3 medium onions, chopped - 2 item

How to make mexican cornbread:

Cook ground beef and drain. Then mix all ingredients and bake.
