Fudge frosting
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 7 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- shortening - 2 Tbsp
- corn syrup - 1 Tbsp
- chocolate, cut into small pieces - 2 oz
How to make fudge frosting:
Mix ingredients in saucepan and bring slowly to full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil briskly 1 minute and cool to lukewarm. Add vanilla and beat until thick enough to spread.Recipe categories: Cakes, Breads, Cake fillings and frostings.
