Fudge frosting

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• milk - 7 Tbsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• butter - 2 Tbsp
• shortening - 2 Tbsp
• corn syrup - 1 Tbsp
• chocolate, cut into small pieces - 2 oz

How to make fudge frosting:

Mix ingredients in saucepan and bring slowly to full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil briskly 1 minute and cool to lukewarm. Add vanilla and beat until thick enough to spread.
