• sugar - 1 Tbsp
• eggs - 3 item
• oil - 1/4 c
• buttermilk - 1 c
• onion, chopped - 1 item
• bell pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
• can creamed corn - 1 oz
• sharp cheese, grated
• jalapeno peppers, chopped - 4 item
• Mexican cornbread mix - 2 pkg

How to make mexican cornbread:

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix and bake at 350° in cookie sheet for about 30 minutes or until done.
