  • flour - 1 c
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • cheese - 1 c
  • bell pepper - 1/4 c
  • small onion - 1 item
  • red pepper - 1 tsp
  • corn - 1/2 c
  • meal - 1 c

How to make mexican cornbread:

Mix well. Bake at approximately 350° until done.

Option: Instead of using 1 teaspoon red pepper, you can use 1 whole hot pepper.
