  • sugar - 1 Tbsp

How to make mexican cornbread:

Preheat oven to 450°. Pour a small amount of oil into 10-inch iron skillet; heat in oven. Add ingredients to cornmeal in order that they are listed. Stir until well mixed. Pour in iron skillet and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
