Ingredients/Components
- Martha White self-rising corn meal mix
- salt - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- buttermilk - 1 c
- eggs - 3 item
- grated cheese - 1 c
- small chopped bell pepper - 1 item
- small chopped onion - 1 item
- small can creamed corn - 1 item
- can Mexican corn - 1 item
- canola oil - 1/2 c
- dash of hot Texas Pete - 1 item
How to make mexican corn bread:
