- milk - 1 c
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- grated cheese - 4 oz
- onion - 1 item
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- corn meal - 1 c
- jalapeno peppers - 2 item
How to make mexican corn bread:
Mix corn meal, salt and soda. Add milk, eggs, corn and oil. Add cheese. Chop onion and peppers; add to mixture and stir well. Pour into greased pan. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Breads, Mexican.
