Beef vegetable soup
Ingredients/Components
- water - 6 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- sliced carrots - 1 c
- barley - 1 c
- beef bouillon cubes - 6 item
- medium potatoes, cubed - 3 item
- medium onion, cut up - 1 item
- large can tomatoes - 1 item
- hamburg, browned and chopped up - 1/2 lb
How to make beef vegetable soup:
Put first 6 ingredients in water and bring to boil. Simmer for 1 hour. Add tomatoes, meat, salt, pepper and barley. Continue on low heat for another 1/2 hour.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Weeknight, Soups & stews.
