- ground beef - 1 lb
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- large onion - 1 item
- can whole corn - 1 item
- boxes Jiffy corn bread mix - 2 item
- pods jalapeno - 4 item
How to make mexican corn bread:
Brown meat, onion, peppers, chili powder, salt and pepper. Drain. Add corn. Mix corn bread mix and add to meat mixture. Mix well. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes. Makes a 9 x 13-inch pan.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Breads, Mexican.
