Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 2 tsp
- onion - 1 item
- cans cream of chicken soup - 3 item
- corn tortillas - 1 doz
- Cheddar cheese, grated
- small can diced green chilies - 1 item
- chicken, boiled, cooled and cut in pieces - 1 item
How to make mexican chicken casserole:
Grease 9 x 1-3inch pan. Fry onion in margarine until tender. Add soup. Tear tortillas in pieces. Layer ingredients as follows: tortillas, soup mixture, chicken, cheese and chilies.
