Chicken casserole



  • butter - 1/3 c
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/4 tsp
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • almonds - 1/2 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • can water - 1 item
  • can cream of celery soup - 1 item
  • parsley optional - 1 item
  • half chicken breasts boneless and skinless - 6 item
  • natural brown rice

How to make chicken casserole:

In pan, melt butter and add soups and water. Mix in rice and pour into a 9 x 13-inch buttered pan. Lay chicken over top and cover with foil. Bake at 325° for 2 hours. Remove foil and stir. Sprinkle almonds and cheese on top and bake for another 15 minutes.
