Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1/3 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- almonds - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can water - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- parsley optional - 1 item
- half chicken breasts boneless and skinless - 6 item
- natural brown rice
How to make chicken casserole:
In pan, melt butter and add soups and water. Mix in rice and pour into a 9 x 13-inch buttered pan. Lay chicken over top and cover with foil. Bake at 325° for 2 hours. Remove foil and stir.
