Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 pkg
- onion - 1 item
- lettuce - 1 item
- tomatoes - 1 item
- small carton sour cream - 1 item
- can refried beans - 1 item
- small can chopped green chilies - 1 item
- packet taco seasoning - 1/2 item
- onions if desired - 1 item
- salsa if desired - 1 item
- Fixings: nacho chips
How to make mexican casserole:
Fixings: nacho chips lettuce tomatoes onions (if desired) salsa (if desired) Brown ground beef, chilies and onion. Drain fat. Spread beef in bottom of casserole dish. Mix the refried beans and taco seasoning mix; spread over beef. Spread sour cream over beans. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over sour cream. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
