Ingredients/Components
- large box lasagne makes 2 pans - 1 item
- large cans whole tomatoes - 2 item
- can water - 1 item
- small can tomato paste - 1 item
- small can tomato sauce - 1 item
- large can mushrooms - 1 item
- ground beef - 2 lb
- large onions - 3 item
- crushed red pepper to taste - 1 item
- oregano to taste - 1 item
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- Italian sausage - 1 lb
- balls Mozzarella cheese - 3 item
- mild Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- large cottage cheese - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
How to make lasagne:
Brown meat and sausage; drain fat. Add spices to taste and all tomatoes, mix in and bring to boil. Let simmer 15 minutes. Add all ingredients, then layer in 2 pans. Bake approximately 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
