  • grits - 1 c
  • whole bell pepper - 1 item

How to make grits casserole:

Take your sausage, green bell peppers and onions and brown them off. Then you boil grits, and after you do your sausage, you drain the grease and add the grits to it. Mix it together and then you add cream of chicken soup and shred a lot of cheese where it can cover the whole dish. Then you bake it at 350° for 45 minutes. This dish is under $5.00.
