  • Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • stick oleo - 1 item
  • buttered bread crumbs - 1 item
  • medium onion, grated fine - 1/2 item
  • carrots, cooked and mashed - 1 lb

How to make carrot casserole:

Add oleo and cheese to hot carrots. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Place in an 11 x 6-inch casserole. Top with buttered bread crumbs and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
