Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
  • water - 1 c
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • egg whites - 3 item

How to make meringue:

Beat until stiff the egg whites and salt. Add sugar and beat. Cook water and cornstarch until clear. Add to egg whites and beat until well mixed. Bake at 425° until golden brown.
