Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- egg whites - 3 item
How to make meringue:
Beat until stiff the egg whites and salt. Add sugar and beat. Cook water and cornstarch until clear. Add to egg whites and beat until well mixed. Bake at 425° until golden brown.Recipe categories: Low sodium, Low fat, Condiments, etc..
