- sugar - 1/2 c
- milk - 4 Tbsp
- flour - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- egg yolks - 3 item
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- Meringue:3 egg whites
- fruit of your choice - 1 item
How to make meringue cake:
Meringue:3 egg whites1 c. sugar Cream 1/2 cup sugar and butter. Add milk and egg yolks. Sift flour and baking powder together. Add to creamed mixture. Spread in layer cake pans. Put Meringue on each layer and bake at 350° for 30 minutes; cool.Put layers together with whipped cream and fruit of your choice (bananas, strawberries, pineapple, etc.); refrigerate.
