Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 6 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1/2 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- egg whites - 3 item
- flavoring of choice - 1 item
How to make never fail meringue:
Mix cornstarch, sugar and water in a small saucepan. Cook until thick and clear (about 1 minute); stir while cooking. Beat egg whites until frothy; add salt and continue beating while slowly pouring cooled mixture over them. Add flavoring and continue to beat 5 minutes.
