Meatless lasagna
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Ricotta cheese
- lasagna noodles, cooked - 1 lb
- Mozzarella cheese, coarsely grated - 1 c
- spaghetti sauce meatless - 2 c
How to make meatless lasagna:
Filling:2 lb. Ricotta cheese3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese4 eggs2 Tbsp. chopped parsley1 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. black pepper Preheat oven to 350°. Cover the bottom of a 2-inch deep rectangular baking dish with 1/2 cup sauce and completely cover with a layer of noodles. Spread half of the filling over the noodles. Alternate the layers of noodles and filling, ending with the noodles. Pour 1 1/2 cups sauce over the top. Sprinkle with the Parmesan and Mozzarella cheeses. Cover the pan with foil and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Let stand at room temperature about 10 minutes before serving.Recipe categories: Pasta, Main dish, Lasagna.
