Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- water - 1/2 c
- Ricotta cheese
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- parsley - 1/4 c
How to make manicotti:
Mix first 3 ingredients together. Heat Teflon coated crepe size pan to a better than medium heat. Your batter will be thin. Pour enough in the middle to swirl to a perfect circle. Crepe should be turned when bubbles appear; do not brown them, they will be light in color.Mix the cheese and other ingredients together. Fill manicotti shells and roll. Place 3/4 cup of prepared spaghetti sauce in bottom of deep casserole pan. Place manicotti on sauce and cover with Parmesan cheese, more sauce and last, Mozzarella cheese. Bake in a 350° oven for about 35 to 45 minutes. Makes 24.
