Ingredients/Components
- regular box macaroni - 1 item
- block sharp Frankenmuth cheese, cut up in small squares - 1 item
- block Colby cheese, cut up in small squares - 1 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- milk - 1 item
- butter - 2 Tbsp
How to make macaroni and cheese:
Boil macaroni as directed on box. Do not overcook. Butter a large bowl. Put cooked macaroni in bowl and mix in cheeses. Add salt; stir and mix all ingredients together. Cover with milk. Put butter on top with pepper to cover macaroni. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Cheese, Pasta, Elbow macaroni.
