Marinated mushrooms
Ingredients/Components
- fresh mushrooms - 1 lb
- small onion, sliced in rings - 1 item
- red wine vinegar - 1/3 c
- salad oil - 1/3 c
- mustard - 1 Tbsp
- chopped parsley - 1 tsp
- chopped fresh dill - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- to 5 peppercorns - 3 item
How to make marinated mushrooms:
Steam the mushrooms for 1 minute. In a saucepan combine all other ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer, uncovered, for a few minutes. Place mushrooms in a glass or ceramic bowl and add the marinade. Let marinate in the refrigerator at least 24 hours.
