Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- white wine vinegar - 1 c
- white pepper - 1 tsp
- Accent - 2 tsp
- Beau Monde - 1 tsp
- butter flavored salt - 2 tsp
- washed mushrooms, halved, about 1-inch in diameter - 2 lb
How to make marinated mushrooms:
Pour vinegar in electric skillet; add remaining ingredients. Boil rapidly for two minutes. Turn off heat and let cool in pan. Refrigerate.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Marinades and rubs.
