Marinated mushrooms
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- hot water - 1 item
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- cloves minced garlic - 2 item
- white vinegar - 1 item
- small mushrooms - 1 lb
- Colavita olive oil - 1/4 c
- each: oregano, basil and parsley - 1/2 tsp
How to make marinated mushrooms:
Leaving mushrooms whole, bring to a boil in equal parts of vinegar and water. Cook for about 5 minutes. Drain and allow to cool. In a glass bowl, place mushrooms with oil and spices.
