- eggs - 6 item
- butter - 1 lb
- baking powder
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- cake flour - 3 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- powered sugar - 1/2 c
- Add one egg at a time, beating after each addition
- vanilla flavor or any flavor of your choice - 1 Tbsp
- juice from 1 whole lemon
How to make pound cake:
Cream butter and powdered sugar together. Add one egg at a time, beating after each addition. Add cake flour, baking powder, salt and flavor. Mix well. Pour into floured and greased Bundt pan.
