Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- white vinegar - 3/4 c
- can French-style green beans - 1 item
- jar pimentos - 1 oz
- can white Shoepeg corn - 1 item
- can English peas small - 1 item
How to make marinated vegetables:
Pour all canned vegetables in colander and drain. Mix vegetables well. Add celery, green pepper and onions. Toss. In saucepan, mix sugar, black pepper, salt, oil and vinegar; bring to a boil at medium heat. Pour over vegetables and refrigerate foRecipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Vegetables.
